Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a product or service from Ersnoble Media (“we”, “us”), including the Sell-Ready Ad Kit and our Launch, Growth and Dominate packages. By paying for an order, you agree to them.

Sell-Ready Ad Kit: exactly what’s listed on the offer page at the time you buy, for a fixed price of $250.

Packages and custom projects: the scope, price and timeline we agree with you in writing before work starts.

• Prices are in US dollars and are fixed once you’ve paid or accepted a quote.
• The Sell-Ready Ad Kit is paid in full upfront.
• Packages are paid 50% to start and 50% before launch, unless your proposal says otherwise.
• Payments are handled by established payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

• A completed brief and the materials we ask for, such as your logo, product photos or clips.
• Confirmation that you have the right to use everything you send us, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Timely feedback. Delivery times start once we have what we need from you.

• For the Sell-Ready Ad Kit, you approve the concept and script before production begins.
• After script approval, we deliver the kit within 72 hours, including 2 rounds of revisions.
• A revision is a change to text, timing, music, colors or images within the approved concept. A completely new concept is a new project.

• Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final files we deliver and can use them on any platform, for as long as you like.
• Music, stock footage and fonts we license for your project stay under their own licenses, which we choose to cover normal advertising use.
• We may show the finished work in our portfolio. If you’d rather we didn’t, tell us and we won’t.

We design every ad to perform, but we can’t guarantee specific sales, clicks or ad platform approval, because those also depend on your offer, targeting, budget and the platforms’ own rules.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the full refund if you don’t approve your Sell-Ready Ad Kit script.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
